8 filets of Salmon
1/4 lb butter
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
3 Tbs spicy mustard
Sauté onions in butter, when tender add garlic, juice, & mustard. Place filets in shallow pan, top with mustard mixture and bake at 350• until flaky. Serve with rice to help absorb some of the nice mustardy juices.
