We deliver Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm.
Orders can be placed for same day delivery or scheduled for a future date and time.

Ingredients:
4 Cuenca Salmon filets
Marinade:
2 TBs olive oil
2 TBs crushed ginger
2 TBs crushed garlic
1 TB mirin (Japanese wine) or white wine
1 TB honey.
Instructions:
Marinate salmon (frozen or thawed) in marinade for anywhere from 1 hour to overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes, turn salmon over for another 5-7 minutes.
Eat and enjoy!
