2 pieces salmon
MarĂnate 30 minutes in a ziplock bag with:
2 tablespoons panela
1 tablespoon lemon juice or Zumo
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons chopped scallions (green onions)
Remove from bag & Place on a foil covered pan
Place in center of oven under a hot broiler, 3 minutes
Turn salmon over, broil another 3 minutes
Serve with garlic mashed potatoes & steamed asparagus
