it is simply but very delicious…wash salmon fillet in cold water…pat dry..cover with a thin layer of Mayonesa (flesh side only..sprinkle with Old bay seasoning and fresh ground lemon/pepper…let sit for a couple of hours..grill flesh side down medium heat for 6 minutes…turn over cook side another 5 minutes or until flaky…golden brown and super juicy. Serve with your favorite sides.
